Q. VISION works via data, what does it see and is it secure?
A. VISION only transmits vehicle and parts information, this data is transferred securely using encryption before sending to our Microsoft Azure servers via SFTP, all data protection documents are available upon request.
Q. How does total loss avoidance (TLA) work through VISION?
A. VISION’s built in algorithm will highlight potential total losses instantly meaning vehicles can now be saved within 45 minutes. A representative from Bluegrasscoms will contact you within 15 minutes of exporting, at this point they will ask if you require any assistance to save the vehicle. Once your estimator has confirmed that he requires the additional discount Bluegrasscoms will confirm all the correct part numbers, calculate the offer and email you with 20- 30 minutes.

Q. Do I have to change my current parts dealer?
A. No, When you had VISION installed you were asked to nominate which dealer you would like your parts to be supplied via. The only way this can be changed is if you say so.
